Andrea’s life’s purpose is to make the world of work better.

For over 20 years, Andrea has helped organizations improve the employee experience and build workplaces where people thrive. As founder and president of Vision2Voice, an internal communications agency, Andrea and her dedicated team help organizations adopt a strategic approach to internal communications to help organizations achieve results.

Andrea and her team have played a leading role in initiatives and transformation projects for Fortune 500 high technology companies, large government departments, and organizations as diverse as, construction, finance, and higher education. This has led to a signature approach that emphasizes harnessing employee voices and amplifying their insights and ideas. The driving force for her work: ``Employees aren't a resource. They are an invaluable source -- of wisdom and insight.``

Andrea builds long-term relationships with Vision2Voice clients who trust her deep insight and practical advice. Andrea has been called a masterful facilitator, a breath of fresh air, inspiring and innovative. Her kids would probably add a few more things to that list! She shares her ideas and insights in her blog, which has over 60 articles in her three e-books, including the critically acclaimed, Job Love book.

Andrea is a storyteller, a PROSCI certified change expert, and Dare to Lead trained based on the work and research of Brené Brown. She is also a certified Fearless Organization Practitioners and uses the tools and processes developed by Amy C. Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School to build psychological safety in teams. Andrea has been named a top 10 influencer in internal communications and is a frequent guest blogger and speaker at industry events.



Creative Director

Barb is a talented graphic artist and illustrator who brings content to life, amplifying the impact and creating a sense of fun. She is the creative mind behind the Vision2Voice social media channels, helping to spread the message of the importance of internal communication to shaping an organization’s culture and helping people do their very best work.

Clients love Barb’s ability to create presentations, infographics, posters, reports, and other communications materials. Her creative eye really helps to present materials in a way that captures people’s attention and makes the information easily understood.

Barb lives in Ottawa with her husband, three kids and a herd of fur babies.



Digital Studio & Account Manager

Sacha has a bachelor's degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Ottawa and recently completed her MA in Design for Art Direction from the London College of Communication in the United Kingdom. She brings a curiosity about the link between culture, the employee experience, and a company's brand story to Vision2Voice along with her sense of fun and adventure!

As the Digital Studio and Account Manager, Sacha wears two hats. She leads the work of our digital studio where we build a connected workplace and enhance the digital employee experience. This work focuses on using digital tools to help organizations engage their employees while supporting collaboration and connection. In her broader account management role, she keeps projects on track and builds strong relationships with our fabulous clients.

Sacha spends her personal time pursuing her passion for art and accessibility or hiking, spending time with her family, and checking out local boutiques and coffee shops.



Senior Strategist

Olya is a strategic communications professional with extensive experience in building and leading external and internal communications, stakeholder engagement programs, and global marketing campaigns. In her former role as Communications Lead for P&G and 20 of its brands in Ukraine, Olya leveraged her in-depth understanding of consumers, customers, competitors, and employees to drive business growth strategies and an ESG agenda.

Olya believes in the power of communication to build trust, foster positive workplace culture, and deliver superior business results. Her strong track record of building organizations and leading strategic partnerships has helped her develop a reputation for excellence.

Born and raised in Kyiv, Olya has recently landed in Canada as a newcomer in pursuit of safety and peace for her family. She is passionate about reading, hiking, and spending time with her two sons. Olya dedicates her free time to volunteering, fundraising, and supporting brave Ukrainian defenders.



Operations Manager

Claire is our senior writer, bringing a wealth of experience from over a decade of entrepreneurial work and communications expertise with the Canadian Wildlife Federation. Combining her excellent writing skills with a sharp eye for grammar and punctuation, Claire crafts intranet content and communication materials for clients. Her unique perspective and voice sets her apart from the rest, allowing her to bring a fresh and innovative approach to any project.

When she’s not writing, Claire spends most of her time with her three children, husband, and their pup, often trekking through the abundance of nature trails that surround her home in Ottawa. Claire is also passionate about personal growth and development – she is currently working towards her coaching certification in this area of expertise with the intent to help other women reach their full potential in life and business.



Finance and Administration Manager

Olivia is an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven member of our team. Olivia is a second year accounting student at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa completing a Bachelor of Commerce. She started as our Office Administration and Finance Manager almost 2 years ago and has been instrumental in our company’s operations ever since.

When she is not at school or working, Olivia spends her free time with family and friends, as well as her two black labs. She also enjoys dance, skating outside in the winter, and exercising. In the future, Olivia hopes to become a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).
