Her passion for internal communications began over 25 years ago when she was the company writer at a health and life sciences company. There she saw the power of strategic internal communications to create a great culture and have a meaningful impact on an organization’s success.
Andrea brings strategic thinking, fresh ideas and boundless energy to help her clients’ connect with their employees to drive performance. And she has led the internal communications component of many large, complex business transformation projects to help employees thrive in dynamic and sometimes difficult business environments.
Stephanie has a passion for helping employees thrive by using the power of internal communication to spark engagement, action, and connection to the organization’s purpose and strategy. With a background in talent management, she takes a holistic communication approach to building an inclusive workplace environment that allows each employee to realize their full potential.
As a lifelong learner (so much to learn, so little time!), Stephanie uses her curiosity, empathy, and listening skills to understand an organization’s unique needs and challenges, and together deliver impactful internal communication that leads to great outcomes.
Stephanie’s expertise includes building internal communication editorial calendars for executive teams, managing holistic internal communication campaigns, designing employee intranets, and synthesizing data from internal communication audits into actionable plans.
