Andrea started her business 25 years ago with a bold vision and a newborn daughter. From those early days freelancing as a new mom to becoming one of the most respected voices in internal communication, her agency reflects what clients value most: exceptional service, fresh ideas, and strategies that actually work.
For the first 15 years, Andrea worked as a consultant on large-scale change initiatives, helping organizations navigate transformation, implement new systems, and reshape culture. Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore: change efforts were stalling because internal communication hadn’t evolved to match the pace, complexity, and human needs of modern organizations.
Internal communication was treated as an afterthought. It was outdated, under-resourced, and lacked the intention, investment and respect it deserved. What’s more, outdated and clunky approaches to change were becoming unsustainable.
That realization sparked a major shift. Effective internal communication isn’t a nice to have — it’s essential. Andrea reimagined her business to solve this very problem.
Today, Vision2Voice is an award-winning agency that helps organizations take a strategic, people-first approach to communication. The agency helps organizations reimagine internal communication for today’s world of work, making it a powerful tool for change and performance.
The mission is simple: putting people at the heart of employee communication to build high-performance cultures that embrace change and where people can do their best work.
They help us deliver meaningful results, build strong relationships, and transform internal communication for today’s world of work.
Our methodology helps build, sustain, and scale cultures that align with business goals and drive performance.

Andrea understands that leadership is also about giving back. She and her team accomplish this through pro bono projects and philanthropic work. The organizations she supports include local hospitals, women’s shelters, mental health organizations and many other local and international causes. Andrea is also an active supporter of her local business community and her professional association, the International Association of Business Communicators.
When she’s not shaping strategy or counselling executives, you’ll find Andrea enjoying the fresh air and a heart-pumping outdoor adventure, whether it’s cycling, cross-country skiing, or hiking. At parties, she’s likely in the corner, chatting with the dog.

Olivia is our go-to person for all things finance and admin. She makes sure bills get paid, payroll runs on time, and everything behind the scenes stays organized and stress-free. She’s been keeping things running smoothly since 2021 and brings a calm, can-do energy to every task.
Currently in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting at the University of Ottawa, Olivia is working toward her CPA designation with big goals for the future.
